Keerthy Suresh

Keerthy (born on the 17th October 1992) was born on 17 October 1992, and is an Indian actress. She is a regular as a character in Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam movies. She received the National Film Award's Best Actress award for portraying Savitri an character in the Telugu film Mahanati (2018). She has also received three SIIMA Awards and a Filmfare Award South. Keerthy has the father of film producer G. Suresh Kumar and actor Menaka G. Suresh. At the beginning of 2000, she began as a young actress. After studying fashion design, she went back to film. In 2013, she played the role of lead actress in Geethaanjali which was a film in Malayalam. She went on to star in successful films such as Ring Master (2014), Rajinimurugan (2016), Remo (2016), Bairavaa (2017), Nenu Local (2017), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Mahanati (2018), Sarkar (2018), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Penguin (2020), Miss India (2021), Good Luck Sakhi (2022) and Sarkaru Vaari Paata (2022). In the year 2015, Keerthy accepted her first film projects that were not in Malayalam and signed up to participate in a variety of Tamil films at the same time. Her first film release is A. L. Vijay's romantic comedic Idhu Enna Maayam (2015) with Vikram Prabhu. However, the film didn't do well in the theater. The busy schedule she had throughout the year led her choose to stay out of movies that she was already developing, like Krishna's Maane Thaene Paeye as well as Deekay's Kavalai Vendam, in order to make room for larger projects. She worked in two films that came out in quick succession, with Sivakarthikeyan, Rajini Murugan & Remo. Dhanush was also an actor of note in Prabhu's Thodari. It was delayed in 2015, and there are reports that it would be released in September in 2020 under the new name Janakitho Nenu. Nenu Sailaja (2016), featuring Ram Pothineni as the actor was the debut film of Keerthy's. Keerthy debuted with Bairavaa (directed by Bharathan) with actor Vijay.
